HAWK MEN is a men's skincare brand in development, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect when you use hawk-men.com, our survey and our Founding 100 list, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Survey answers. Your responses about your skin, routine and product preferences.
• Contact details. The survey asks for your name and email address, and your WhatsApp number if you choose to share it, so we can follow up on your answers.
• Founding 100 sign-ups. Your email address.
• Your update preferences. Whether you want launch updates and offers by email or WhatsApp. These are optional.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic website statistics. Aggregated visit data, such as page views, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Marketing updates are always optional. You choose whether to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Why we use it

• To understand men's skincare needs and develop our first products.
• To contact you about research, product testing and launch updates, only if you asked us to.
• To reply to your messages.
• To see how the website is used and improve it.

We rely on your consent to use your information. You can withdraw it at any time, and we will stop using your information for that purpose.

Who we share your information with

We share information only with these service providers, and only so they can run the services above for us:

• Tally runs our survey and Founding 100 forms and stores your submissions.
• Zoho Mail handles email sent to info@hawk-men.com.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides privacy-focused visit statistics.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send us on WhatsApp, and WhatsApp updates if you choose to receive them.

These providers may process data outside the UAE. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep identifiable information only while it is needed for the purposes above, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. Anonymous, aggregated survey results may be kept to guide product development.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, object to how we use it, or unsubscribe from updates. Email info@hawk-men.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Access to your information is limited to the people and service providers who need it. We use reputable providers with their own security measures.

Age

Our website, survey and updates are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
